Choice of Bands: There are two 1/4 wave VHF mil/air models to choose from, including: 148-149 MHz and 138-143 MHz.
Quality Construction: Black copper clad stainless steel whip for 138-143 MHz and black stainless steel whip for 148-149 MHz model. All have gold plunger contact pin and O-ring gasket.
Size Compromise: The 1/4 wave is a good alternative for people needing something shorter than the 5/8 wave mobile antenna, or an antenna for lower bands where the size of a 5/8 wave is prohibitive.
Mount Included: All black 3 5/8" NMO Magnet Mount with 17' of RG58U cable - Copper 95% braid and solid insulation. Brass NMO with gold contact pin and teflon insulator. (Choice of BNC or UHF connector. Email to possibly request other connector types.)
